Individual and Family Casework
Our centre provides individuals and families with assistance in different aspects. New and established settlers might have complex problems which require special attentions.
These individuals and families might need access to information and referral services. Some new settlers require assistance in accessing health, housing, allowance, employment, education and training. We have been assisting them in their social and psychological needs on a broad range of issues and referring them to other agents, such as Adult Education Community Centres, Maternal Health Centres and Centrelink.
